I have used this provider for more than 6 months
I have been with Tooleys Tots for almost 2 years. We have never had a problem. Jen is wonderful with my children. They are well taken care of and very well feed. Jen uses the brightwheels app so I can check on my child through out the day. I would recommend Tooleys Tots daycare to any of my friends and family.
As a parent I really liked sending my grandson here and then I became an employee of this day care and I would never recommend this day care for anybody. First thing that bothered me was meals. Breakfast contained toast, pop tarts and once in awhile cereal. Lunches were one helping most of the time. The kids were always starving. Yes she gets the food program so no reason why these kids go hungry. I also noticed that parents would bring food in for their kids to eat. Her pre-school program does not have a teacher with a degree. Jen is the one that teaches it. Jen also likes to talk about her employees and parents behind their backs. Always makes you wonder what she said about me. After teaching pre-school for at least 16 years this is the second place I have worked was not a very good day care and would never recommend them to anybody.
This was a previous employee who told me she had a teaching degree. I hired her for preschool teacher when asked to see her degree she couldn't produce it so I had to let her go.
She is just angry with me.
We have the food program and our children get breakfast and at lunch they get at least two helpings at meal time we also provide snack at 10 and 3 daily.
Our preschool kids do bring their own snacks at time if they want.
