AKERS KIM M (Little Sprouts)

Kim has been in business for a long time and it shows. My family was not only extremely happy with the service provided but we have found it impossible to replace in another area. It is unfortunate that there are not more providers like this. Commercial daycares make it difficult for children who get easily overstimulated to cope. A small family home environment was our best bet and we miss living in the area.

My daughter was in Miss Kim's home childcare for almost 3 years. I found Miss Kim to be warm, friendly, positive and engaging. I had and have complete trust in her. The children's activities were developmentally appropriate and her home was always clean. I am a public school teacher and know what a great childcare situation looks like. I highly recommend Miss Kim and Little Sprouts!

This lady is mentally abusive. She had other children call other children names. My children would cry after I had picked them up. She is a bully and is very lazy. Her favorite words to call the kids are stupid and dumb. She is a negative lady and should be shut down. What kind of daycare teacher calls kids names. This needs to be looked into more and actually pull the kids aside and ask them how she is. I can see her telling the children not to say anything bad or they won't get a treat. Seriously DO NOT let your children go there. I took my children. I feel terrible for the children that have to deal with this and makes me really sad.

The complaints against this provider/daycare were unfounded by licensor. This provider/daycare has years of many happy, satisfied clients.

Has children slap others as punishment. embarrasses the kids in front of parents and peers as punishment. Stays in van while having kids go into PO to pick up mail. Puts children on guilt trips.

I am a mother who picks up my kids at the same school where this daycare picks up students, whoever drives is so lazy she drives the wrong way in the school parking lot to get handicap, she sits on her phone instead of getting out and meeting the children at the gate where your supposed to pick up the children according to the school. I'm sorry but if this lady can't do simple task like that how good of care are they providing for kids.
