I have used this provider for more than 6 months

I would never recommend this school to my worst enemy. The teachers are lazy, argumentative, and untrained.

My child came home with items that weren't hers constantly as well as the teachers constantly losing and/or breaking her things. At the beginning of the school year she even came home with an IEP that wasn't hers and the school didn't check her bookbag for over a week to notice it was in her folder. They only noticed when I contacted them personally. After that they stopped sending home a take home folder and daily notes home.

The teachers constantly lied or eventually admitted to not paying attention to their own students. Most of the time when asked about an incident that happened at school, they would either have no clue what happened or they would lie about it and hope my child was far enough behind in speech to not be able to tell me the truth. They would only then come out with the truth when confronted with the fact my child told me exactly what happened with specific facts.

My child constantly was getting hurt at school with no explanations and teachers admitting they weren't watching and/or paying attention. I totally understand if a child accidentally or even purposely hurt her, but I cannot excuse or understand the staff not paying attention to small children and not seeing it happen. What's worse is that they don't even have a nurse on site so no body checks or first aide is ever done. It took me complaining countless times for them to finally send home incident reports when my child got injured or hurt at school.

It took me complaining for them to also be trained properly on supervision levels and how to use positive language with children. My child was coming home saying extremely negative language about herself. When I asked the teachers about it, they immediately blamed the students and said they all must be bullying her all while admitted they don't pay attention to what the kids say or do to each other. Later on they finally admitted that they don't use positive language with the children and they all had to be retrained.

There were countless more issues I had with staff admitting to overlooking bullying, not watching the children when they're eating because "3 year olds should be independent eating and not need supervision", not assisting in bathrooms and leaving them in there independently because they "didn't have the staff to assist".

I've worked in several schools and I work with autistic children for a living and none of this would be acceptable at any place I've ever been employed. It seems the school prefers to hire "teachers" with no teaching degree or college experience or teachers fresh out of college. Countless times I saw the teachers post inappropriate posts on social media complaining about their students and how hard it is to be a special education teacher and deal with the type of aggressive and aggrevating kids in their classroom. The entire school is unprofessional and literally begging parents to stay and not pull their kids because of the vast amount of parents seeing the horrors there.

I have used this provider for less than 6 months

My son has just started at Little Seeds Preschool North Campus & he is ecstatic! He is severely behind with his speech, especially articulating, however this center & the amazing teachers work as a team to help your child succeed and support them with every tool in the box with any issues that your child might need further assistance with. The classes are small which is another top quality this facility has to offer. The entire staff is friendly and always helpful with anything and everything you & your child may need! They care deeply about how each child is doing as well as the childs family. I wish I found about Little Seeds Preschool sooner, I can't say enough about them. I highly recommend Little Seeds to every toddler, especially if your child may need help getting ready for prek or kindergarten. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts to all the staff and others that work alongside the program - we couldn't be happier and are so grateful watching our son progress!! Great job & keep on brightening our days! ?????????????????????????????
