Little Monsters Daycare

She’s is not kidding when she says she can’t talk to adults... I took my 5 month old a few times and she was not happy about being left there after the first day.  I tried to arrange a time with joelle to find out more what was going on?  But Joelle said she can't talk to adults.  Also she collected money from us all through the shut down and raised her rates our first week...  I asked if I could talk to her about this?  Again she said she cant talk to adults about anything.  So we ended up paying almost 2k for a few days of care.  During that time I bought her a bottle of wine for her bday.  I had forgotten she doesn't like wine which also apparently offended her.  Wow!!  I wonder if there's anything else I could do for her?  Was I the client? I strongly wish I hadnt left my child alone with her.
