Great experience with this provider! The staff is extremely attentive and I’ve had no worries placing my little man in this center since he was 4-months! They’ve helped guide me and my man through different milestones and provide daily sheets noting feeding times, diaper changes, and solids he’s eaten. Even teachers who aren’t in the infant rooms have said Hi to my little man by his name when passing through the halls. There is a reason this center has been voted “Best of the Best” three years in a row (‘18, ‘19, ‘20)!
Staff is rude - owner has no clue - frustrated and leaving.
I am leaving this facility because the staff and employees are very rude. I have never been treated the way they treat me. Also, I am not sure who is in charge. It seams like the director is not the director at all. Luckily, their are other options out there.
