I have used this provider for more than 6 months

My son currently attends this day care and love it for him. They are well structured with learning activities and clean. After the first 2 weeks he was comfortable being dropped off and that made me comfortable.

To Shameka sharples first your story was that my assistant hit your daughter as I pinned your pervious bad review that you taged on my Little Angel Acadamy Facebook page and now it’s my assistant and I treat the children any way If a parent address a situation. Which is it? Like I said before I regrets to remove your child from the daycare because she is a very loving, smart ,little girl but your level of disrespect was unbareable. Furthermore, if we did treat the children any way if a parent has a concern, why are you the only parent to feel this way. What you fail to understand is that once a child is being mistreated by any person they would refuse to be in the presence of the person that mistreates them. And your child always walked into the daycare very happy, ready and willing to start her day with her peers. Moreover, after I unfortunately had to ler your child go from the program, my camera shows your mother trying to bring her back to the daycare and you trying to bring your daughter the following day as you stood at the door for 45min as my cameras documented knocking for us to allow you to bring your child back. Please explain if we are such bad people why would you try to bring your child back to us? Many of my parents come with concerns and I address them the same way I addressed yours by giving you full assces to the daycare as I have an open door policy and the option to view my cameras if need be as well as face time me through out the day to see their child/ children. You say that I only care about the money when I went above and beyond to make sure you enrolled in the essential workers childcare Scholorship  before they closed the program so you can save $200 weekly from paying the daycare fee out of pocket. Whith that being so, I still remove your child from the daycare because all money isn’t good money. The way you felt it was ok to continually disrespect myself and my staff with your tone and aggression  and colorful use of language wasn’t worth dealing with. I take extreme measures to help all of my parents you can ask many of them how I went Grocery shopping for many who couldn’t feed there family during the pandemic, I provide Shealter for those who were homeless. I make myself and my staff available 24 hours 7 days a week for those parents who need emergency childcare. I am not only a child care provider I am a shoulder to cry on, an ear to listen and I help my parents past and present anyway that we can. If you took the time to out to appreciate how well your child progressed in the short time that she has been there instead of continuously looking to start problems in the daycare you would understand that. As I said to you face to face I would rather close down the daycare than to deal with your level of disrespect. As your first reaction is to threaten to come to the daycare to slap my staff member over a situation that you conjored up to create a problem. And  i could not let it escalated to that point as my job as a provider is to ensure the safty of my children aa well as my staff.  You coudn't understand that we have a child friendly environment where our children come to learn, grow and play and that there is no room for violence or anything relating to such as you transpired with your behavior. You can continue to try to discreadit our program as much as you like. But we are here with a mission. To ensure that any and every child that comes through our doors will academically surpass the rest so they can strive further than the next. I wish you all the best in all of your endevers.

To Shameka sharples you say Im unprofessional and rude! Everyone is entitled to their own opinion. Every concern that you’ve had I addressed in depth to assure you that your child was under the best care. I told you that you can view my cameras, I’ve told you that you can come in at any time as I have and open door policy and I even told you that you can face time me any time you need to to see your child. You were so happy with our level of service that you yourself told me that you appreciate how much your child has learned in the time that she has been there. Yes, I agree that you came to me with a situation where you told me that my assistant hit you’re child and after I review the cameras that view everywhere in the daycare from the time you walk into the front of the premises to the back play yard where the children play, I did not see such thing. And when I questioned your child, she told me that you told her to say that my assistant hit her. And when I confronted you with this you yourself replied that your daughter is lying and she makes up stories. Moreover, you say that we are such a horrible daycare right? Why is it that yesterday your mother tried to drop your child to the daycare saying that she misses us and that she wants to return to be with her friends? Also, today you stood outside of the daycare for 45min real time as my camera documented knocking for us to allow you to bring your chid back? Which I did not open to avoid any confrontation with you while I had other children in our care. I regret to remove your daughter from our program because she is a very sweet, loving quiet smart little girl that doesn't give any trouble at all. But because of you level of disrespect to myself and my staff you left me no choice. We have tolerated your attitude for quite some time as you apologized many times giving the excuse that it is because you are a new over protective parent. But when it escalates to you saying you will come and slap my assistant this is where I have to sever our relationship. Because one I don’t believe in violence as with communication every problem cane resolved and secondly my job as a provider is not only to protect my children while they are under my care from 6am to 6pm. But to also ensure the safety of my staff. You can rite many untruthful reports about me as you like that fine. What fail to understand is that I’m not with in my profession only by choice I am ordained by God to be here to not only help my parents as a childcare provider but to be a life time support system in may other aspect's of life to my parent past and present. I wish you all the best in all of you endevors.

Ms Joseph is highly unprofessional and very rude . She’s don’t care about the welfare of the kids , just the parents money . Don’t be a concerning parent either , she don’t like that . Her and her assistants treats the kids any way and if you address it , she will get defensive and lie about the situation

This parent was very inconsistent and uncooperative in working with me in with keeping her Childs heath up to par with the guidelines of the department of health. As respect for the child privacy I will not mention how. But, because I suggested that the parent try different methods to keep the child healthy such as give the child a lot of water and fruits so the child doesn't get dehydrate she got upset and said that I thought that she wasn't a good parent. I also suggested that parent take the child to the doctor and the parent was ferrous because she had off work to take the child to the doctor. When I refused to accept the child unless she brought the child back with a medical form saying that the child was well enough to return. The parent then took the child to the doctor and as I recognized something was very wrong with the child's health which the parent admitted in the end because the wanted to bring her child back to the daycare. But, I refused to accept the child because in the same time that she was upset that she had to take off work to take her child to the doctor she made the father call ACS as she couldn't do it herself because she works for the Department of Education and knew that she can get in trouble for false information to slander the daycare. I know that it was them because the accusations were similar to the slandering words she was yelling in front of my place of business. In my defense I am a child care provider not an adult care provider and if I see that the childs heath is at stake I will let the parent know in the most appropriate manner no matter how the parent feels about the situation because as a mandated reporter my main concern is the child well being.

This daycare director has no business etiquette. The daycare is filthy and stinks. The staff is uneducated and rude. By staff I mean the ratchet director, an incompetent employee and the director’s elderly mother. Do not send your child there!!!
