On 8-30-12 My 3 year old said that one of her teachers broke her arm because she didn't want to take a nap at nap time. Her arm is not broken but to a 3 year old that means it hurts very much. I checked her arm and she had two red marks in her arm pit. I asked her to show me what the teacher did to her using her dads arm. She lifted it and pinched his arm pit. The marks are getting worst everyday. They do have video cameras at the daycare and I asked that this be investigated. When the director had a meeting with us and asked my daughter what happened, she told her exactly the same story and said Ms. Pat pinched her under her arm because she was playing around during nap time. The director said that it did look like someone pinched her and that she did remember my daughter telling her that day that her arm was hurting. She told me it should be clear in the video tapes exactly what happened. She called me the next day and said that for some strange reason conveniently the video did not work/ record that day. I was forced to call the police and DCFS and I hope they get to the bottom of this. Meanwhile, Ms. Pat is still working at the daycare.
