Yesterday I witnessed a worker there named Renee yell at my child and jerk him by the arms and onto the ground. There were other workers around and nobody said or did anything about it. It was like this type of “discipline” was normal to them. My son is three years old.
The director, Kathleen, was not apologetic whatsoever that her employee treated my child this way. After I made a Facebook post about this incident, multiple people messaged me saying this daycare was known for this type of behavior and not doing anything about it. The worker that did this to my child is still there today. When I went to pick my son’s things up from there today the director did not let me come in and met me at the front door with all of my son’s things and again was not apologetic or anything. She just said “okay thank you bye”. I am absolutely disgusted with this daycare to say the least.
