You set the trash at the end of the steps and came back inside with us. Children were unattended in the child care room when you took the trash out. You stated you are in the living room area while the children are in the child care area, while you can see and hear supervision expectations are that you are in the room engaged in activities with the children. | |||

A portable slide was hot to the touch when we inspected the outdoor area. A pair of large clippers and two screwdrivers were on the front steps/porch (accessible to the outdoor play area), a metal sign and broken metal handle were on the ground to the left of the front porch. Refrigerator was not in good repair. The refrigerator was keeping food at the proper temperature, however there was spilled drink/food at the bottom and on a shelf. Spills should be wiped when they occur. |
