If I could give 0 stars I would! Theresa is one of the most unprofessional individuals I have ever dealt with. I called her about a week ago, explained my situation, let her know I work on a rotating schedule as well as I work second shift. She said all of that was fine. I went through the enrollment process for my two children, they have even stayed twice, not more because I honestly don’t have the funds to pay $200 a week right now which I also explained that! then one day she texts me saying she will not be able to watch my children, with no explanation or anything. My children have not been in daycare in almost two years, this was a new experience for all of us and people like her make me not want to deal with daycares. Because of her I will probably lose my job, I will NEVER recommend anyone to this lady and to think I was actually recommended to her!
