I do not recommend any parent to ever sign a contract with Alisha Rubin. We had our 1-year-old twins in her care for 3 months. Throughout those 3 months, she was never in the space. I saw her a total of 5 times in 3 months and there were new caregivers coming and going every week. Her childcare center lost electricity for two weeks and we were asked to keep our children home with no refund for the days she was not able to provide care. We were super patient, but in the end could no longer keep the twins in her care. We gave our 30-day notice, and then she refused to give us our $2600 deposit back because we went on vacation for 5 days and forgot to notify her. Instead of calling, or reaching out to us via email or text, she just made the decision to replace our twins while we were away on vacation and then told us that she didn't have space for them for the rest of the month which we had already paid for at the beginning of the month. She then said that she would not return our deposit because we forgot to tell her we were going on vacation for a week. She is trying to steal our money and it is violent and makes me feel incredibly violated as a parent and person who trusted her with my money up front. DO NOT register your children for this daycare center. They are unprofessional and will steal your deposit.
