| Findings: Fence in need of repair. Fence on property was in need of repair. Health Inspector observed there is a large gap in the fence that a child could fit through, and there were loose and cracked fence boards. Resolution: Provider agreed not to let children play outside until the fence is repaired. On 4/5/18 a follow-up inspection was completed. Fence had been repaired and there was no longer broken or loose boards. | |||
