I have used this provider for less than 6 months

My child attended this same facility approximately a year ago under a different name. She had been there approximately 1 month when in one day, she was bitten 3 times by the same child so. Needless to say we pulled her from the facility and did not return. Now under “Little Arrows” new ownership, tried the facility as were understanding new owners and new personnel. 5 days into daycare my child gets bit again, leaving significant marks and bruising. My husband was told by office personnel that this child that bit had done it before and this was the last warning as he was now expelled from the daycare. Well, this simply was not true, in fact this child was still at the daycare and in the same room with my child which was now nervous about staying and rightfully so. The fact she was bit, this can happen I understand, but to be lied to is simply unprofessional and we simply could not leave her at a place she was now uncomfortable staying and we did not feel competent in their care, let alone the dishonesty. This facility has changed in name only as I did discover many of the present employees are the same from previous “Victory Life Daycare,” and I would not/will not recommend their services.
