Do not walk, run away from here! They (her andbher beat friend who alsonworks for her) will be nice until you call them on doing something wrong and then they hold grudges and will remove your child and steal your money!!!!!!
They have pea gravel on their playground. About 6 months ago, my 2 yr old stuck a rock in her nose and no one knew until my husband and I took her to her Dr for what we thought was a sinus infection. Turns out she had a rock in her nose.
2nd time- the teacher saw her do it, but instead of calling me right away, she dug and dug in her nose for an hour leaving it bruised and scratched. I had to take her to the emergency room where she was strapped to a papoose board and they used a catheter to remove the rock.
3rd time- my 2 yr old and I were enjoying the Christmas party when a 4yr old walked up to me and told me that my 2 year old put a rock in her nose and he'd tried to stop her but couldnt. I immediately looked and sure enough, there was a rock. I tried blowing it out but it wouldn't come out. I confronted the owner and the same teacher from the 2nd incident and they reacted as though I was lying. I had to again take my 2 yr old to the emergency room where she was strapped to a papoose board AGAIN and the rock removed all while screaming and crying for her mommy.
The owner claims her insurance doesn't cover it and refuses to pay a dime to help cover the cost. She takes absolutely no responsibility and in fact said that she would no longer provide care for my child because she "didn't want to worry ". She should have reported the incidents to dfps, but didn't and it's not only my child that has had the issue with the rocks. She has yet to this day apologize and she kicked out a 2 year old child instead of making appropriate changes.
She kept a week of tuition that didn't belong to her citing that I didn't give 2 weeks notice. How do I give notice when my kid is kicked out??? Do not go here. You will regret it!
