Highly discriminatory practices by staff (Teacher). My child (first grader - BLACK) has a friend who is Hispanic (I believe the same grade). My child’s friend said a bad word (very bad) to the Teacher (who is Hispanic). My child who is black immediately repeated the same bad words to the teacher because he wanted to do exactly what his friend did. They were both joking with the teacher. Of course, I am excusing bad behavior but these are first graders in after school program. The Hispanic teacher did not even report the incident for the Hispanic child who is my child’s friend. The teacher raised all kinds hell (excuse my language) for my child (the black kid). My child got suspended and thrown out of after school program for the entirety of this current spring semester. I don’t think that’s the type of program you should be running. Thanks
