Regulation: 3270.14/3270.21 Description: Pertinent Laws & Regulations/General Health and Safety Noncompliance Area: At the time of the renewal inspection, there was not a written agreement between the school and the child care program's legal entity documenting the school's process for the disposal trash daily and weekly. Provider Response: (Contact the State Licensing Office for more information.) The written agreement between the school district and Creative Kids that documented the trash removal was signed in April 2023. We have a written agreement with the school district as a digital file. The certification representatives did not ask us for our digital copy to be sent to them. We do not agree that this was a violation, because the written agreement was in place back in April 2023. We are being told that we need to write a plan of correction, however, we are in complete disagreement with being given this violation. |
