If I could give this place - Stars, I would.
This place is an absolute nightmare. My son (19mo) just started there 2 months ago. He had to get pulled out to see a doctor every week he was there. The first week he had a double ear infection, he was out for 5 days. Within a week of being back, he had sinusitis. He was out a week. He returned and within two days of being back he was burning up to 103.8 and he was taken out and was out for another week. Within the first week of him being there, kid scratched him and I was given an incident report over something small. A couple weeks later a kid hit him with a toy causing a large bump on his forehead and I was not informed of it, I had to ask about it. They assured me they would start doing incident reports when things happen. WITHIN A WEEK - I had to pull him out of daycare to take him to the doctor & when I got home and bathed him I noticed a swollen cut down his back with purple bruising down his back as well. I immediately messaged his teachers and the head of the toddlers told me she would check to find out what happened. she then came back and told me a kid pushed him into the corner of a shelf but told me she checked him after and he seemed fine. if she had checked him, she wouldn’t have had to look into finding out what happened. nothing was communicated to me whatsoever. I asked to speak with the manager, Hillary, and she refused to speak to me. A couple weeks later the teachers told me (after they all quit) there were several covid cases in the daycare and my son would not be safe there so I had to pull him out completely. Once they all quit they then told me the truth about what was going on in this daycare. all I can say is Hillary does not care about the kids AT ALL. all she cares about is the money coming in.
