If I could give a lower rating I would. A staff witnessed abuse and neglect and when trying to notify owner and director this person was told to lie. This is after my child came home with bite marks and bruises, diaper rashes, acting very lethargic and weak more often than not. When I stared questioning them they were very defensive and accused me of not advocating for my child while at his numerous Dr appointments I had taken him to due to him not being himself while at this facility. The owner threatened to call DHS on me when I started asking for documentation on bites and other marks that my child came home with. He ended up hospitalized because of this facility for a week. He was non verbal due to being an infant and could not tell me what all happened and it makes me sick that they are even still open and have peoples children. I pulled him after his hospitalization and he was a complete different baby and healthy after I took him out of this daycare. 10 out of 10 would NOT recommend.
