During monitoring visit dated 1/15/19 program had non-compliances documented for several staff that had not completed ELCCT training within the 90 day time frame required by Licensing. The 6 staff members listed in that non-compliance all completed the ELCCT training on 2/18/19. Due to this being questionable, CCL worker contacted CECPD and it was determined that those 6 staff members did not complete the training by themselves or had someone take the training for them based on the time frame and the information gathered by CECPD.
