Description: The Downstream Learning Center is a child care center that is open only to the employees of the Downstream Casino staff. DLC accommodates ages 6 weeks to 12 years old. Please call the DLC to determine the cost for your child to attend. The Downstream Learning Center (DLC) provides a developmentally appropriate learning environment that meets the health, safety, and emotional needs of children. Currently licensed by the Oklahoma State Department of Human Services (OKDHS). The staff has also reached a Two Star status by OKDHS. The OKDHS Star's program is a Quality Rating and Improvement System for child care facilities. Three Stars being the highest is achieved by becoming accredited, which is a future goal of the DLC.
