MISSION STATEMENT Building educational and faith foundations for life. PHILOSOPHY Light the Way Preschool is serving the community as an integral part of Light the Way Church and its mission. Our purpose is to build faith for life and a strong academic foundation. We will encourage a love for the Lord, as well as a desire to learn and to act responsibly. As the children feel successful, they will develop a healthy self-image. Teachers will work with parents, caregivers, and extended families to fill the needs of each child.

A full inspection was conducted at this time. The Compliance Officer provided the child care facility with a paper copy of the Notice of Inspection Rights at the start of the inspection. Two of two fingerprint clearance cards were verified to be valid through the DPS website during the time of the inspection. Please complete the Plan of Corrections via the online Portal within 10 days of receipt of this Statement of Deficiencies. Items discussed, but not limited to, - Evacuation maps. -Cleaning supplies storage. -Restroom supervision. - Staff sign-in and out records and classroom assignments.

Initial Comments: The following deficiencies were found at the time of the Annual Compliance Inspection conducted on January 13, 2025, subject to changes pending programmatic review. A full inspection was conducted at this time. Two of two fingerprint clearance cards were verified to be valid through the DPS website during the time of the inspection.
