The owner of this Renee facility took disciplining my child too far resulting in injury. The director Keely, then covered up the incident and lied blaming it on another child when approached. They both continued to lie to DHS investigators, withholding video from them. This facility is dangerous. Please do not allow your children to attend here.

Great with the kids and no complaint there at all… but had serious issue with the policies.
~Was told “per DHS” child can’t be there more than 10 hours day, so always had to scramble getting someone there in time to pick child up. But come to find out PER DHS there is no limit. (1 parent works 10 hour days, other parent works, school and doing practicum all at same time, so puts in 12 hour days as well.
~Was told child can’t return until we prove our work and school hours on letterhead. Even though it was already all approved thru DHS!
~Have been called to pick up our child due to just being fussy, and had to be their “per policy” within 30 minutes to pick child up, which was not possible and we were told next time they will have to charge us. Went to doctor and NOTHING was wrong, just a bad fussy day, but next morning was told they will let child return but needed to bring a doctor’s note stating that she was clear to return.
~Was told two days before a holiday that they will be closing early the day before and closed the day after. Being we are working parents, and had to leave work that day early to get there to pick her up, we were a little late picking our child up resulting in a late fee, no big deal we knew we were late. But that the child can’t return till the fee was paid… good thing we had it, otherwise wouldn’t been able to have childcare and wouldn’t be able to work until payday!
~Another time was told we were 1 minute late (good old 169 traffic from south Tulsa to North Owasso is always so smooth!) So they again same thing charged and can’t return till paid, but no proof of being late except the workers watches, there is no clock out record of the lateness. If you confront management of the issue they threaten for you to take your child now and leave!
~our child was denied care one day when relatives were in town and we didn't get her their untill around 11am. And we were told "sorry it's after 9am, so we cant take her today". So we had to scramble to find childcare that day
Again never had any child care issue, child was always happy when dropped off and happy at pick up.
Just watch out for the STRICT NO MERCY “Per Policies” and EVERYTHING in their favor is “PER POLICY”
