The outside play area is in the front and is surrounded by a chain link fence. The fence surrounding the outdoor playground is not attached at the top in several places. At the time of Licensing's arrival, Licensing observed an older child hang on to the chain link fencing which bent the sharp pointed top of the fence towards him. |
