Toured and the facility did not see like a very secure or clean place.
Changing table was in the a dark cold basement and had baby play pens all over the main floor and basement. Never witnessed babies outside of the play pens. Not sure if they ever took them out of them to play or kept them in there all day. Left with an uneasy feeling.
