If I could give 0 stars I would. The owner pretends to be a Christin but is a scam artist whose hard up for cash since she barely have kids to keep her daycare open. Went to register my child and was given a trial day to see if my child was a good fit. Had to reschedule my trial date and push it back by a day or so. Turned in registration papers and paid registration fee on the day of the trial. Same day of trial my child grandfather came to pick him up and was told no child was there by that name and they didn't know who it was. Luckily he was able to get it straighten out. That incident on top of their lack of communication help me decided immediately that this childcare center would not be a good fit for my child and anyone else. How does your staff not know of a child coming to have a trial day at their center? I'll tell you. Lack of communication, organization and professionalism. The very NEXT DAY I notified them that my child would not be a good fit and asked for the tuition that I paid which I shouldn't have until after I seen how the trial day went, but the owner kept lingering on trying to get my child's grandparents to convince me to stay. Even called and tried to point the finder at her Director when we advised why we made our decision and told her I wanted my money back. She tried to blame her Director for her incompetence and say they spoke and its not acceptable for no one to contact me as it was going on three days without any communication. When I she was told we weren't interested she tried to throw up that their policy says 2 wks notice has to be given if not they are required to charge you two weeks worth of tuition. She has the right one. How the hell can you charge 2 wks of tuition if my child never attended and only had a trial date and the 24 hr notice given the very next day to say your childcare center is not a good fit is more than 2 wk notice. This catty unprofessional brod is hard up for cash and it has now been two weeks of me hounding her unprofessional fraudulent money hungry tail for my money back. My childs grandparents had to continiously go up their to also hound them and call and text to check on my money. We told the owner how in the hell can you try to charge two wks of tuition when the child hasn't started and she said its based off of the registration. I registered and paid tuition and gave 24hrs notice from a trial you have way more than 2 wks notice so why the hell are you trying to hold onto my money? go to the state site and you will see she currently has 18 current violation and is under watch. I will be reporting her to the state and if I don't get my money back within the next 24-48 hrs I will take legal action as there is nothing stating on her website that says anything about the two wk notice except if you are going on vacation 2 wk notice must be given in advance and no tuition will be do. on her registration paper is states the parents or facility can terminate the contact at any time without cause and two wk notice must be given so if I gave you 24hr notice that's well in advance of giving 2 wks notice and why would you need to give notice of a trial? The purpose of the trial is to see if your child would be a good fit for their facility and it wasn't so again I fault myself for paying as I thought it would have been a good childcare center and would have had my child start on the 1st, but the trial clearly showed that I made the right decision so what makes this hound think that she is entitled to two wks of tuition? please help me understand? She's definitely hard up for cash as she doesn't have too many kids in her facility and is trying to open up another one in ATL. I plan on going on all of my social media platforms to let everybody know that this is not the place to take your child as you will surely regret it I'm telling you. I plan on taking legal action against this center, that's how deep this is as she is a fraud. She had the nerve to tell my child grandparents that she didn't want me making a decision to not enroll my child into her childcare because of poor communication. Why the hell not? Communication is definitely important, especially in childcare. Saying she spoke to her director two days prior so she should have gotten back to us as it wasn't acceptable but what about you when your director asked you to call me and/or my Childs grandparent's to have a discussion and clear up what you claimed to be a misunderstanding which was not one at all. You prolonged to get them to convince me to change my mind when I had already phoned your childcare center to say no he won't be attending give me my money back but the winch rushed and cashed my check. lousy low down dirty something. stating you never had anyone pay up tuition that far in advance and to call you to discuss as you would hate to lose my child on account of that. You never had an interaction with my child. He was only at your facility for a couple of hours and you didn't know who the hell he was. Lady get the hell out of her. Their communication is horrible and they are very unprofessional, unorganized and down right liars who can't be trusted. Especially the owner who tries to act as if she's holier than thou. Do not and I repeat do not take your child to this daycare you will surely regret it.
