Upon understanding childcare policies and how to educate children and having such a long background etc Cameron’s Cottage is not a place to send your child . Ten owner / director is never available and will lie to staff as well as parents to get you in the door. She is never available even if it is something of serious nature she makes herself unavailable. She doesn’t encourage team work leaves her staff out of ratio which can result in tons of accidents which have happened. Carmen only cares about money that can benefit herself not the kids the center or her staff which I have never seen anything like this . An owner who is can never speak to parents and give direct answers as to what’s going on at her center why are the staff always out of radio why are babies mixed with older kids why is my child getting new teachers so often why are we not fully informed . Carmen is not a good leader nor boss nor does she pay her stay properly at all and it has been going on for quite some time . There are many more center out here but as parents w shave to pay attention to the key signs and do what’s best for our children . And Cameron’s cottage is not what’s best there no education going on here whatsoever .
