Turnover rate in staff is extremely high. They have a lot of family running as sub teachers. The environment is very unclean and there were many times that children were left soiled in urine and fecal matter due to the staff not being attentive on the potty-training. The carpet had a black residue on it that often stained the children's clothing/shoes. Some of the staff were very unfriendly. The facility wreaks of gas smells due to the nearby gas stations. The banner on the front is definitely inaccurate as there are no extracurricular activities. Parking is terrible. There are large junkyard dogs that roam the area, unleashed. The owner is not very communicative and the rates are way too high considering the staff never comes in on time. EVER. This has been an issue there for YEAARRRRRRRRRRRRS. No one is on the same page.
My nephew attend this childcare. He absolutely loves it. The only problem is, they are supposed to open at 7 am. The first stage member doesn't get the until after 7. Which makes the parents/guardians late for work.
