The owner is very unprofessional and unresponsive to the needs of children or parents. I am really concerned about the lack of communication skills, interpersonal skills, and business skills of the owner, Joyce. Furthermore, she misrepresents religion by using it as a marketing tool to lure parents into thinking that she is reliable and ethical. However, she does not represent these values. If you want a daycare where the provider does not return calls, this is your place. If you want a provider that changes her hours of operation without prior notice, this is your place. If you want a daycare that will remove your children from care because she cannot keep employees, Joyce is your provider. If you want a provider that does not have the social or communication skills to handle simple intelligent questions from adults, Joyce is your provider.
