Leah is very unprofessional. Constantly on her phone, family members and friends are coming in and out of the house every day. She is licensed for 9, but constantly has more kids. She does not have a gentle, caring approach and is very direct and harsh with parents and kids. She will also not allow parents into her home. Please pick another provider.
Not recommended! Poor business practices. Child complaints of spanking. Provider seemed great at first, a lot changed in 2017. Provider slanders other families and would yell at parents in front of the children. Provider is also okay with being over capacity limits set by licensing, and has unlicensed people (sons, new daughters-in-law, etc.) watch the kids when she had doctors appointments, etc.
