We have been with Tina for over a year and we LOVE her. Our daughter is excited to see her every morning and wants to stay with "My Tina" every night (her house is more fun I guess). Our daughter is learning to socialize and engage with her friends and Tina has been a great guide. We often discuss and debate childcare/raising concepts and I am happy to say we are on the same page. She also has great insight. She was even willing to introduce a few higher level activities to help prepare our daughter for pre-school/pre-k. We cannot say enough great things about her! She feels like a member of the family!
