About the Provider
Hello and welcome to Lake Arbor Elementary. Lake Arbor Elementary has been in existence since 2002. Our goal is very simple: we want to create a dynamic learning environment where our students can learn and grow. It is my belief that all students are capable and should show significant gains regardless of the academic levels previously acquired. We will continue to increase student achievement by focusing on:
High Student Achievement
Highly Effective Teaching
Safe and Supportive Schools
Efficient and Effective Operations
Strong Community Partnerships.
Our school services approximately 600 students and families. Our goal is to develop positive home-school relationships and continue to build community partnerships. Our door is always open. It is very important for you to know what your child is learning. So, I encourage parents to visit the SchoolMax Family Portal (https://family.sis.pgcps.org) to keep abreast of your child’s assignments, grades and attendance. It is my hope that parents and community partners will stay involved by visiting our website, attending school events, and volunteering. Together, I know that we are able to prepare our students to be productive citizens and become college and career ready.
