Description: Welcome to our wonderful school! My name is Darlene, and I am the Academy Director. I bring to my position an associate's degree in cross-cultural and Spanish, many units in early childhood development, eight years of teaching experience plus five of management experience. We have 13 staff members ranging in experience from three to 21 years. Most have been with us for at least eight years, and all complete ongoing trainings and workshops. Our teachers are very positive and welcoming to all of our families. I believe that everyone should be treated fairly and everyone is welcomed into our warm and nurturing environment like family. Our parents often tell us how comfortable they feel at our school and that they trust the staff implicitly. We are proud of that, and it makes us feel we are making a difference in the lives of our children and families.
