Horrible experience! First off, they never answer their phones and they never call back when a message is left. They claim they don’t have an answering machine/service. They aren’t personable or friendly. They don’t take the time to make your first daycare experience pleasant by talking to you about your child’s first day, they just rush you out. They hardly replied to my messages on their App and hardly kept me posted on his feedings or naps. For my son’s first day, they hardly took the time to help him adjust and only let him nap for 35min the whole 9 hours he was there. When I picked him up, he stunk so bad. They let me know on the App that he had just been changed, however, when I got home and checked his diaper, he had dried up poop. Needless, I didn’t bring him back the next day. I’m still waiting on my registration refund they promised I’d get back. Please do yourself a favor and find another daycare.
Brought our four-month son there for his first day of daycare and he did not eat or sleep according to our schedule yet we were never notified. Our four-month-old only slept 35 minutes total from 7:30 am to 5 pm despite my wife messaging them regarding his naps and his feedings throughout the day. They did not return a single message. When she went to pick him up he had defecated through his diaper and on to his onesie and reeked of baby formula and his own feces, which was starting to dry up. He looked pale and his eyes were puffy from crying. Again we were never contacted regarding this and our messages went unanswered. I cannot express how upset and livid I am with how they treated our child. First and last day.
