Miss Sharon is wonderful and accommodating if you show her respect and give her notice to changes in your schedule. Communication is key with every relationship. As a single mother, she helped me not only care for my child but blessed me with her wisdom. She has a delightful sense of humor and more patience than anyone i've ever met. In the 5 years i've known her, she has become a staple in our lives even if my child has moved on to other schools. She cares deeply for those she cares for and it shows in the children and families in which she has helped.
She is good with teaching the kids, but if you want your child there before 7, you can't, even though she claims to be 24 hours... Which is why we picked her daycare, with me being a waitress and then a nurse. So, my hours changed, no I did not need her care for 12 hours.. Just 6:45 or 6:50 to two or three only two days a week. But she refused and was very, very rude. She also gets a rise out of the children and then claims that they have anger problems. He learns a lot there, but he comes home angry every day that he's there. She also uses baby wipes to bathe the children, and changes their clothes all the time... If you send three outfits in one day, she will change them 3 times instead of as needed. We are now going to Angela's at home daycare. Hope this helps.
