|Findings: Specialist observed no evidence that notification was made regarding the residents of the home and the additional adult. Three adults have moved out of the house and the Provider would like to change the approved additional adult.|
|Findings: Specialist observed no evidence of training completed during the last full year of registration by the Provider. Provider shall submit evidence of at least 12 hours of training completed between September 1, 2016 and August 31, 2017 or send evidence of registration for at least 12 hours of training.|
|Findings: Specialist observed 3 two-year old children in pack in plays for the duration of the inspection. Specialist observed one child attempt to climb out of the pack and play on several occasions. Specialist observed the children in the pack and plays watching television for about 40 minutes until the provider turned the television off and provided a toy for each child in the pack and play.|
|Findings: Specialist observed no evidence of a written daily schedule. At time of inspection, 3 two-year old children were in pack and plays, watching television for about 40 minutes, and then remaining in the pack and plays with a toy each for the duration of the inspection. Provider shall submit a daily schedule ensuring all required items are met.|
|Findings: Specialist observed no evidence of a written screen time policy. Provider shall write a screen time policy and send a copy to the Office of Child Care.|
|Findings: Specialist observed no evidence of a written emergency and disaster plan. Provider shall complete a written emergency and disaster plan and send a copy to the Office of Child Care.|
