I have used this provider for more than 6 months

Mrs. Kirmani, is a wonderful and understanding childcare provider. Both of my children started at her home daycare as infants and have left the day care when they were ready to transition for elementary school. If I ever need the occasional date night sitting, or just need to run an errand I can count on her to watch my kids even years after since I have left the day care. She is understanding with parent's work schedules, adapts with the needs of the children. She provides parents with a annual holiday calendar in advance to parents can make arrangements in advance when the day care is off. She treats and loves the parents and kids as family. I still bring my kids to visit her and her family. They get excited and remember that they are going to "Mrs. Kirmani's House". The great part of Mrs. Kirmani is that she tells you every thing in advance about holiday policy, payments, and etc. Everything is mentioned in the contract given during the initial interview. She has a lovely and spacious in-home daycare that is homey and inviting. I would recommend her to anyone. :)

Take to many days off throughout the year. There is no backup. When it it closed, you have to find another options and still have to pay.
