This has become the worst daycare you can ever put your kiddos in since MRS MAVIS left. Vanessa the vpk “teacher” a 24 year old Hispanic female that has traumatize and emotional abused my 4 year old boy, to the point where he has anxiety attacks and nightmares. She screams at all the children in the center and her “excuse” is she is not ok because she lost her mom when she was a child, and when brought up to the “director” Maria another Hispanic female that has no clue on what she is doing, that has trouble being at the daycare supervising due to her daughter trying to kill herself. They do not do anything about it, and if you are on top of it and letting them know instead they will move your child to another room and then find excuses to discharge them from the daycare. This has literally happen to several little ones at this daycare.
When asked to see the cameras director MARIA gets all defensive, even tho when you enroll your kids there they tell you that at any time you are welcome to see the cameras if there’s any concern. Literally you pay $225 a week, $300 yearly fee, and on top miss high class want to be VANESSA always asking for donations but they have to be bought from PUBLIX. All this money so you get your little one traumatized. In a year they have had over 10 teachers come and go from that daycare due to the OWNER CLAUDIA YAN not paying them enough, and having them take care of more kids than what they are allowed to.
The owner only cares about the money but not the well being of the children, you email her regarding the issues and NEVER responds. She has allowed kids 16,17,18 years old to be at the daycare watching the kids with no background check or certification.
Did you know that your clients routinely park over the sidewalk, blocking all pedestrian traffic, forcing us to walk in the street? Your clients also back out onto the street without adequate shoulder checking - almost running over walkers? You share the liability for these infractions and you do nothing to make it a safe environment - i wonder how safe your children are when in your care? Please advise your clients that parking on and blocking a sidewalk is illegal - I will be advising the city of these ongoing infractions with the hope that you take some responsibility in educating your clients - the fact that your parking area is totally inadequate is yet another issue. You put my life at risk every day with your carelessness. It’s your responsibility.
How do you not notice a child missing for 2 (TWO) freaking HOURS!!!! There are protocols to keep this from happening!!
All parties present should no longer have their jobs!!
Then they didn't notify the other parents of the incident for a WEEK!!!
ARE YOU KIDDING ME!?!?!?!
The public is entitled to know the condition of the child.
ONE MORE REASON I AM GLAD I PULLED MY CHILDREN FROM KINDERHOUSE!
