I have used this provider for less than 6 months

I pulled my infant out of this school in April 2011, only after 3 months - Teachers were part-time workers at the end of the day. No one could tell me how the day went by the time I would be there for pick up at 5:30 PM. Teachers would complain about each other to me like they hated each other - and play the blame game. Everyday my child was sent home with soiled clothes. I would come in and hear multiple babies crying and teachers would shrug shoulders and look at me and say "I only have two hands". Finally one day I came to get my son and he had scratches all over his cheeks - NO ONE COULD TELL ME WHAT HAPPENED - but pointed out that he had a sharp finger nail. How long was he crying and scratching his own face???? No one intervened???? This was a nightmare of a place and the director openly told me that the infant room was a mess. I gave notice and paid for the time we had left but never sent my son back - what I should have done was call the police and gotten a full refund. Not sure if the place has improved since then, but as a parent searching for a school to trust their newborn with, I wouldn't risk it. I wish someone would have given me this advice when I was searching - it still haunts me to this day that my child was neglected and treated terribly at 4-5 month old. If I were you, I would run far, far away.
