Kinder Academy needs to give their employee her money back that they took from her. They can't take her money money because her terminated her employment with the company.
The owner and the administrator lied to a co-worker about letting her bringing her daughter to daycare without being charged because her voucher has ended. They had this verbal agreement they she can bring her to work. Now they co-worker found another job that was better because they had benefits. She left because she didn't feel appreciate and was working too many hours and they lied about giving her a raise. They had her opening up, cleaning, watching aleast 2 or 3 classes at a time every morning until the other employees come in, but they comes in late. She just left. They owner and the administrator was mad and waited until the day before payday and her was $767.00 and they takes $465.00 out her check because they was mad she left. They lied about the agreement that had. Now she trying to fight to get her money. Because they can't take her money because she had terminated her employment with the business. The owner and the administrator did that to be vindictive.
