Kims Kare A Lot Childcare

My son went to this daycare for almost a year & it's been a complete headache. For starters the daycare doesn't have working cameras which is terrifying, so you're just expected to believe whatever they tell you, half the time I'd pick up or drop off the staff was on personal cell phones. Staff doesn't communicate and if your child has any kind of behavior other than being a saint, they will probably terminate them because they Don't want to deal with it. I lost my job because I had to leave and go get my son so many times, for things that they were more than capable of handling as a daycare they just didn't want to. They have multiple kids that are AWFUL & very mean to other kids(my son included), 10/10 wouldn't recommend your kids attending this center.

My Son has been going to Kim's Kare a Lot since he was just 8 weeks old, he is now almost 2.5 Yrs and we have LOVED it! He learns so much from both the teachers and his peers while attending this facility. I have a rotating schedule and Kim has always been great about working with days off or different drop off/pick up times. My son has a tendency to be very messy and I appreciate that he would put him in clean dry clothes. She works hard to provide an enriching environment and I frequently come in to find her actively engaged in learning play with the children. Thank you so much for taking such amazing care of my most precious human! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Kim's Kare A Lot.

Sorry to hear that you were not happy with your experience. Anyone who has ever enrolled knows I have always worked with all parents on payment arrangments until payment and co pays arent being paid at that point I do have to terminate daycare by idaho code. So when co pays aren't made like this case I did terminate. As far as extras charges there is fees up to 50 percent of the outstanding bill for sending those to collections. This is signed by both parties in the contract which covers my expenses for using the collection agency. Clothes do at times get misplaced or placed in the washer and I looked around and when I didnt find it this parent went off on me when I was on the phone with a parent who was having an emergency. Mercedez had no idea what the situation was about and just kept yelling about her daughters skirt. When I tried letting her know I had something more important emergency at that moment then a skirt she got frustrated and irate and screamed storming off.

Don't ever take your kids here. The owner is a horrible person. She literally has no heart. I was a single mother working late nights so I had very few options because most daycare facilities don't stay open late. Anyways, Kim does NOT care about the kids or about the parents. When you bring up any concerns she acts as if it is minor and not woarth her time. There would be times where I'd pick my kids up they'd be missing clothes I sent them in and wearing some random clothes, and their original clothes would be no where to be found. It was very frustrating for me because I couldn't afford to just replace my kids clothes all the time. I was upset about this and finally brought it up and she was on the phone and said " I have more important things to worry about than your daughters skirt!" Kim was very inconsiderate. The kids seemed miserable there, and not just mine..everything was kaos and unorganized...I then asked Kim if I could make a payment arrangement with her and split it in two payments because, as a single mother I fell behind. Kim stated that if I didn't pay her everything upfront my kids could not come back the next day...I decided it was best I just didn't take them back anyways because Kim clearly did not care, and that place was just hell!! Anyways Kim reported me to collections and has hacked on thousands of dollars woarth of charges when I pulled my kids out of her facility at the beginning of the month when she TOLD me I couldn't bring my kids back if I didn't pay right away...with no willingness to set up an arrangement or anything. She gave me no other choice. I refuse to pay any fees or for the month that I don't owe her. (Which she's charging an additional few for not notifying her two weeks before pulling them out..which again I was left no choice) I would never recommend this daycare ever to anyone.not only is Kim horrible to work with but he daycare itself is an absolute nightmare!! DO NOT TAKE YOUR KIDS HERE!!!!!!!!!!
