Findings: LS did an announced site visit as a follow up to the mandatory visit for 2025. AAt the time provider had a drop in child on site and informed ls that child would not be returning for childcare. December 11, 2025 a follow up visit was conducted and ls observed 7 children with the drop in child on site. Informed provider to call parent and inform that child can not return until license cchas been changed to reflect a change of capacity. Specialist stayed until parent came and removed child. Corrected while on site. Parent picked the child up while specialist was on site.

Findings: LS observed 7 children with 2 under 2 years of age . License reflects the number 6 for the capacity. Per provider one child is a drop in today. Discussed drop in children count and can not exceed the capacity on the license. Informed to only take the number approved on the license. Provider also had documentation and file for the drop in child.
