So many issues, most of which can be read on my google review.
Basically, I would not recommend them for infant-toddler care. Turnover is very high, staff are young and inexperienced, the owner is unpleasant and arrogant. He’s filling spots with whomever. He literally quit us with zero notice bc he didn’t like that I left them an unsatisfactory google review as a result of him being unreachable with issues.
We walked in to drop off on a Monday morning and he said we weren’t a good fit, effective immediately. He of course requires a notice if roles were reversed.
