My family moved here 3 years ago after a long 1 search for a home. The kids attended several different daycare but by far kidz first was the best. Not only did they get both of them caught up one entered kindergarten early because of the excellent teachers there. No place is perfect, but they do strive for that. I know my kids are safe, loved on. Thank you kidz first for being there when we needed you. Kudos to the staff.
Took my child here for 7 months. All was well at first. We went through maybe 7 different teachers in that time frame. Sent my child with antibitotics that she was not given and ended up hospitalized from severe infection. The take home papers said my child was being changed twice in an 11 hour period. The teachers have piercings and tattoos and dont introduce themself to the parent. Very unprofessional. One teacher screamed at my child and another child as i was waiting at the door. They continue to charge me even though my child has not been there in months. Child came home hungry all the time. Asked for her paci at pickup and they claimed they didn't have any but one, when i took her out of daycare they had about 5 of them. My child's clothes were ruined with almost every craft time and they always asked for extra clothes that i didnt have the money to buy. I asked for a sippy at pick up that had clumpy warm milk in it. Got an email during the last month of daycare from the state of Indiana saying they did not complete back up checks on their employees. Save your time and your child's safety and find another LICENSED daycare. This one is disgusting. Will never recommend it.
