One of the best daycares in Columbus! We toured many and this center was our favorite! The staff interacted with my child while we toured her classroom! We love bright start and wouldn’t of chosen anything different!

We love Bright Start and their entire staff! I find it hard to believe the director wouldn't have taken her time when giving potential parents/children a tour - this does not sound like the director we all know and love! The staff is great with our child, even the younger staff who are in their 20's (these are actually the favorites of my child and myself, young or not, they're amazing!). As the previous review stated, do your research before you make your decision - I can guarantee the background of the owners/director would be more than comforting when deciding to bring your child here. We love that we get real-time updates on everything that happens with our child; potty breaks, meals, nap time, pictures, etc. I would and do recommend Bright Start to all!

I have used this provider for more than 6 months

On our walk through the lady seemed rushed. Children were everywhere running around in some of the classrooms. The staff seems really young, maybe 19 or 20 years old some were younger looking. We were hesitant to enroll our child because of this. They seemed to all use the girls bathroom which I thought was weird, but maybe there is something wrong with the boys bathroom. The building seemed nice, but that is about the only nice thing that I can say as I felt like she was rushing us out. I would really caution other parents to really dig deep before you make your decision. We decided that If she was going to rush us as prospective customers, that our children's education would also be rushed. They also didn't have curriculum which was really hard to believe. I hope this helps someone.
