I have used this provider for more than 6 months

First of all- Allie the director- most miserable person I’ve met in my entire life. She does not understand children, she is rude, she is unprofessional, a thief, a liar, and not to ever be trusted with your kids. Especially alone. She does not work well with kids that have disabilities and has laid hands on my son. Also very dismissing of children with trauma or PTSD. I will go on to explain everything in detail and you can make the choice for yourself on whether or not to send your kids there. Really out of all people, Allie is the only one I’ve had an issue with. And from anyone else I’ve talked to that has previously worked there would agree that she is the problem.

When I first started taking my kids there, there was a different director. I think his name was Rodney or something? He was amazing. Never had any issues while he was there. Shortly after, she took over. Problems really didn’t start or I didn’t notice them until a couple months later.

I would get a note everytime my daughter would need more diapers. I would bring in a pack of 30-40 diapers each time she ran out. Well a day later I got another note saying she needed more diapers. I told Allie I brought in 30-40 diapers and don’t know how they just go “missing” she started accusing me of lying and that she’s sure I never brought any in because she looked on camera and didn’t see them. Well of course not because they are in the dang diaper bag lol. So I brought another pack of 30-40 diapers with her name written on each diaper. 3 days pass I kid you not and they said they don’t have her diapers. I also saw my daughter was being sent home in different diapers. She can only have huggies because she’ll break out in rashes with any other brands. I got a lupset with this happening twice in one week. That many diapers should last at least one month. Allie was rude and unprofessional saying I didn’t bring diapers. It happened two more times after as well. I had to start writing down the dates and how many diapers because Allie would automatically think I’m lying. I got upset, being a single mom with one income and having to keep buying diapers because of their mistake? No not cool. I ran into this girl who used to work there names Sarah. She told me that Allie would specifically take diapers since she has 4 other kids at home and some are in diapers. She said she saw it happen and that she would advise coworkers to put them in one of their supplies closets. She bought one small pack of diapers to cover the missing 100 diapers that just “vanished”

Another thing is, they apparently have a 10:30am drop off time. They told me at first I have until 11:30 to do so. So I would do that no problem and then when I go to bring my kids in, she ignored me until I clocked them in and as I go to walk back there, she said nope you’re too late. I was upset of having been told it was 11;30 the entire year we’ve been going for her to suddenly say no drop off time is 10am. The time changed a lot from when we were going there. I had to take the day off because I didn’t have a sitter. So she’s very unreliable. I never had this issue with any of the other assistant managers or directors. Only Allie.

My son also has ADHD & PTSD. my son was being a normal 4 year old and causing some troubles with his curiosity. Allie pulled my son out of the classroom by his arm hard enough to leave a bruise. She also said she will kick him out and she threatened to call dcfs on me then said she wouldn’t. Well come to find out, she did and made up a bunch of lies. I have copies of all the reports. dcfs closed the case and the worker laughed about it with me because the things she wrote about were her totally reaching. I love all the other teachers there. Allie should not be working with kids. Especially ones with disabilities. Keep your kids away from kidz town until she is fired. I will be following up with corporate. She is miserable and feels the need to make others just as miserable. I have my son in a new daycare and he is thriving. It goes to show the real problem!

Bad they are not organized at all !! They expect you know everything without explaining They toss you in a room by yourself with 15-20 kids they don’t keep kids in the room they are supposed to be in and parents have to spend a lot of time searching for there belonging when they should take them with them every time they switch a class so it won’t get lost as employee that worked there they need to make it more organized and help out new employees!
