Well, in my opinion, I think this daycare is overall perfect.
The children have a good place to have fun, and they have a big backyard to play ball. The service, of what my children said, is amazing, and they pretty much cry because they do not want to come back home.
The people there, or the workers, are very kind, and considerate, and take their time to take care of all the kids there.
I have seen these people that work here, very, but very good at handling kids.
There is a teacher there by the name of Ms. Ana who is very rude.
Ms. Ana does not speak English very well and repeatedly hangs up the phone on parents when she doesn't understand them... this is very frustrating.
