I had a wonderful experience so far I just signed up , the staff has been very friendly , I have looked at other facilities . I felt like this one was more accommodating to my work schedule and me personally I’m very picky my child is currently in the infant room I haven’t had any problems so far staff is good at notifying me of anything, I feel safe to leave my child here every day, I’ve looked at other daycares and home day cares. I have tried a few daycares out , this one I liked and feel it fits my child’s needs the girls in the infant room have given superb care thank you.
Would be my chil up and there was blood on his genitals. When I would talk to the teachers about it they acted like they didn't speak English. Never a friendly hello or good morning. When I gave 2 week notice of terminated childcare the director called me the next day saying my child could no longer attend. Horrible experience.
muy buena escuela, yo recomiendo.
I, on the other hand have had an excellent experience with this child center in particular. All 4 of my children have attended and graduated from this center, with my youngest currently in the Koala classroom. My oldest went to this school when it was located on Elwood. Not only do they prepare your kids for kinder, they teach your kids how to read and write, send home homework packets, and really show that educating our children is their top priority! Thank you Ms. Denise + Staff ! - Jaszmin Mills
The staff and Director are very unprofessional. The Director is loud, confrontational, and seriously unworthy of her title. I question why she's been in business for so long due to all the complaints and citations that this company has received. There is one exception to this complaint and that is Ms. Maria, she is a hardworking lady who is very good at what she does. She is on point and knows exactly how to keep the children happy and safe. Unfortunately, she is working for the wrong company. One very important note I would like everyone to know is that my children were not in a safe, friendly, and peaceful environment all the time. There were three incidents (ouchy reports) in less than a month! Every time I would speak to the director about those incidents she would get offended and support her staff rather than take advantage of the opportunity. She also called to confront me because I advised the staff members to please keep an extra eye on my child due to having incidents every week. The first incident my child was scratched on the face, when I received the incident report it noted that I was contacted and I was not. The third incident my child was hit on the head, but the staff member couldn't tell me exactly what had occurred. Thats what led me to questioning their child care skills. There were several times I would randomly walk in the facility and I would hear the director yelling or speaking very loudly to her daughter in front of the children. Please look up this company on the state website or call the licensing department before considering leaving your child at this location.
