I was hired as an employee before Kids HQ opened. I was trained well as an assistant and hired on as a lead when the position became avaible. I love getting up and going to work everyday! I could never see myself doing anything different. Now I'm the administrator and I have the opportunity to help train other amazing lead teachers we have on staff!
Staff is poorly trained and educated. They do not engage with the children in classroom settings except to yell at them. They do not change the children as frequently as they should.
