My son started back in July 2019. Since then he has had 2 black eyes and continuous bite marks, including his nose. They do not have a biting policy. The child who bites can continue to bite and nothing will be done. But what caused me to pull my son was they allowed the children to go outside in the rain in 50 degree weather on 10/28/19 at 9am and my son slipped on the playground and his bottom teeth went through his lips causing 4 stitches. That was the story at 1st, then the teacher began texting saying that he slipped on the ground. When I reached out to the owner, she told me it was not raining and my sons clothes were soaked due to the play ground having "dew" on it and he ran off and got on it before the teachers could wipe it off. It was raining when I arrived to pick up my son and they were in the rain on the play ground in 50 degree weather. My son had on a few layers of clothes and he was wet even the under shirt, socks and shoes. When I came, the teachers were standing around on their phones not even watching the kids (as always). I do not recommend this daycare for any child. If the owner would have owned up to the teachers being wrong for the children being outside in the rain and should not have been, It would have made this situation a little better, but instead she told me that I was wrong and it was not raining and so on.
