Do not trust this facility with your little ones. I brought my daughter the first time when she was 6 weeks old, had a terrible experience with the director where she literally just pulled my child out of the camera frame so I couldn’t see what was happening after I called to tell her I was watching a toddler repeatedly hit my child with a toy on the head. I immediately pulled her out. Fast forward to now, she is 3, the daycares are full in the area, so I decide to give them another try. The only reason I did this was because I was under the assumption they had new owners, the “new” owners are the old owners son and wife. She is still there on a daily basis making decisions that are driving this establishment into the ground. I specifically told them my first experience and how upset I was with the past directors actions. They assured me nothing like that would ever happen again and they were fully staffed. I came in today and tried to discuss some of the issues I was seeing. I had witnessed a teacher grab a child by their arm, and how I was a little upset that the director was still employed after I made it pretty clear I unhappy I was with her in the last experience. Since there has been a different teacher everyday, I was unable to give the owner her name. I also told her I didn’t like how fake the director was, she was telling my child she loved them, but couldn’t even remember her name. I never raised my voice or spoke to the owner in any way that deserved the outcome I was given. I was told to grab my child and leave if I was so unhappy with them. My experience might not be the same as others, but my only tip is trust your gut and trust your child. My child was crying every single day I dropped her off and she never did that at any other places I’ve taken her before. I should’ve listened sooner.
My husband and I love this daycare! Our kids have been attending for about two years and they are always happy to go and happy when we pick them up. The teachers are so good to the kids and very diligent in taking good care of them. Even teachers my kids don’t have regularly know them well. It’s like a big family. I love that I can login from my office at work and watch my kids for a few minutes when I’m missing them.
My daughter started here when she was 9 months old. We have had issues from the beginning. It used to be things like the losing clothes, putting her in a baby bed because she was supposedly bothering the newborns (who she shouldn't have been in the room with anyway, and progressed to bad bite and scratch wounds. She was bit 6 times (by other kids) in about 8 months, scratched, and received countless bug bites as well. The last human bite was on her face and was horrible and I was told conflicting stories from several people there. I kept telling myself this kind of thing happens around multiple kids. Now recently I had to take her out of there for a horrible injury that I can't go into detail on here about. The owner doesn't care. All she is worried about is her her business. Please don't send your child here.
Best daycare!!! I wouldn't take my child anywhere else! The teachers are wonderful and they have cameras in every classroom that you can log onto from your computer or even your phone and be able to see your baby's room or the playground. I watch my little girl all the time and I love it. They always have such fun things going on for the children - just last week Ms. Frizzle from the Magic School Bus brought a real, live chameleon and service dog and had the children participate in an awareness program for the Northwest Georgia Humane Society. My child loved it! Also, during the summer my older child attends their Summer Kids Camp. Each week they go on at least three field trips to places like the movies, bowling, swimming, skating, goony golf, etc. - you name it, they keep those kids busy, busy, busy. The center is so clean and I really appreciate that because I tend to be very picky about hygiene and being clean. The Director always says that you become family and it is true - I love them!
Precious Possessions is an excellent daycare! I love the internet cameras - I get to watch my child every day while I am at work. Her teacher is great and really loves my child. I would reccommend this daycare to everyone!
