Lesson plan in several classroom had last weeks lesson plans posted and one was from 11/27/23. several restrooms; preschool and toddler classrooms have accumulation of dirt and/or debris around toilets, sinks and floors boards; one restroom had dried yellow substance in potty chair and another room has a stool near toilet also has accumulation of dirt and debris. trash can in one of the two year old classrooms contained food and did not have a lid. |
